Blå Himmel means Blue Sky in Danish. Blå Himmel is the playground for my busines angel activities – looking for the odd angle and the big dream. It's kind of a discount venture company investing sweat and small time capital in innovative start ups.

My take on Reboot is firmly based on experience economy and sustainable innovation.

Right now I'm working on sustainable architecture and technologies together with the great architectural firm 3XN (www.3xn.com): There's a lot of innovation potential and barriers to overcome in the building industry – and open source and network platforms could very well point to value chain innovations that could bring more sustainable solutions to the market!

Another fun project is an innovation platform I am presently building for the largest Danish waste management company, www.vestfor.com. The radical need for the world to move from a waste to a ressource paradigme calls for massive innovations in this field and I am presently involved in a series of projects including Cradle2Cradle.

The last couple of years I spent building the beautiful innovation company www.workz.dk (togerther with Michael Thomsen, Ask Agger and the film company Zentropa). One output of this is the webservice www.piipl.net – an ethnographical tool for co-creation which gives organizations the power to run customer/user involvement processes at the fraction of the price of traditional anthropological processes by making it fun, simple and user driven......

Blå Himmel is looking for business ideas aiming to make the world a more beautiful place; proejcts that make a positive impact on the environment; ideas that revolutionize stale formats and set ways; projects that empower people and break down monopolies; technologies and products, that enable many to many communication, that allow the individual to take control over the creative processes in her or his life.
