I am an entrepreneur living in Hamburg, Germany and I am curious about the way the Internet changes our society as a whole and our daily lives in particular. How far can collaboration replace control-oriented structures? How will enterprises adopt self-organization? What does leadership mean in self-organized structures? Do we see the end of strict hierarchies in various aspects of life and the rise of collaboration?
With some background in social systems, change management and corporate cultures I started to change the corporate culture and organizational structure of my own company, CoreMedia (www.coremedia.com) three years ago. It has been a great journey and I am still full of passion to explore the best ways to nurture fast learning organizations and highly creative environments in an Enterprise 2.0.
