I have worked more than 12 years in the software industry and have a passion for software solutions that have a user focus and makes it easy for people to interact and collaborate. I am also a big believer in transparency, user involvement and "Outside In" approches rather than "Inside out", which historically has been the tradition for most corporations. We need to change that!

I currently work as a Strategy Advisor at Microsoft Denmark, where i am responsible for driving so called Lighthouse projects highlighting the strategic importance of IT as a business and social enabler.

As a very important part of this i am the local responsible for Microsofts "Living the Web" effort focused on Social Software. The main purpose is to understand and participate actively in the Social Software movement and help create compelling Social Software solutions on the Microsoft platform :-)))...but also to respect and get inspired by solutions created on competing sotfware platforms!
