Free is such a fun, loaded term. It's dogma to some, heresy to others.
I'll examine the new opportunities around free, from the amazing
new cost structures to our need to revalue our assets and the many
things that remain to be invented to make free sustainable.
We'll chew on these issues together. It'll be a great conversation, especially after I've had more than one hour of sleep :)

We need crispy, crunchy thinking on 'Free'. We need freedom from sloppiness. There can never be freedom from consequences. So we need the freedom to take responsibility for our thoughts and actions.
