When building a jail not anybody can contribute with value to the project. Finding information trough tags has it's limit and we need to discus that.

More about digital value chain
The "jail" its just a example, what I’m trying to say is that not all people can contribute to a project which demands special knowledge. Not all tags related to "jail" are useful - and i'll say most tags related to "jail" is useless, when regarding building a new jail (jailhouse). It demands special knowledge like governmental laws and guidelines for architects and entrepreneurs etc.
Regarding the digital value chain – my mission is quite simple. You can either build a new network around a new project and build a network around existing projects – like for instance a companies digital business (the website) But only very few bigger companies has realised that their “normal” value chain from the real world has great meaning online especially seen from Google quality score point of view. And that’s quite funny
Regarding digital value, from my point of view, it either comes from a webpage owned either my a company or a person who point at you, with the correct information tag in the link, that related to the information that you share.
And of cause there is a lot more to say about that What pictures do you get when you hear the word “digital value”?
