Measuring engagement
I'd be really interested to hear what others have to say/think about this - I'm currently involved in a research project in the UK where we're mashing together 'stories and numbers' - the stories being 'social media research' around defined topics, the numbers being sets of weighted 'engagement metrics' from a variety of sources from references in blogs or comment frequency to social networking profile hits and application downloads.
