ACTION: SUE THE STATE INTO OPENNESS

Legal action, politics, PR: classic ways to shape societies, ways that work but all too often are a playing field occupied by "the big guys", not the Open Source / Free Software / Open Data activists. We went there, and took up actual action: we sued the state in the highest federal court. We formed a parliamentary group, petitioned and did the PR - TV, Newspaper, you name it. A story from Switzerland, not from Twitter and not from Facebook, but from courts and lobbies .. about sustainability and accountability.
