During the last century, our society progress gradually from a heavy manufacturing society to an information- and service-based economy. Along with such rapid change came new economic challenges. Never before was so important to research and design all aspects of a service, products and the consumers that connect them. When the choice of provider is abundant what are the factors one should seek out that can make the difference and cater our future success?
By studying environments, needs and behaviors it's possible to some extent invent future interactions, future services and solutions for pretty much all of today's processes.
So in this talk I'll try to sum and give an overview of how we can actually take part in the change that is about to hit us!
