I can add a conversation here, but does that make it a conversation? What IS a conversation, in relation to Reboot?
A conversation involves some people, at least one, although it is better with more. It can be online, it can be face2face. But there's some kind of topic, some kind of inquiry and dialogue, and some kind of evolution. It goes in some direction, maybe several. It might or might not have a clear outcome, but something happens, and something is hopefully accomplished, or at least examined.
But I'm looking for the elements that would make me feel I participated in a significant conversation that had a life, that had some sort of record, and that maybe continued after the conference.
How does one do that? Other than leaving comments here, and meeting some people semi-randomly and talking with them. Or, including those, of course, but I'm looking for how to tie things together better.
How can conversations be more alive?
